A little flexibility and patience are appreciated, and we always do our best to keep the day running smoothly and relaxed.

  • A basic fitness level is recommended (short walks and light hiking)
  • Flip flops are fine, but comfortable shoes are recommended for easier walking
  • Photos and videos may be taken during the experience and may be used for marketing and social media. If you prefer not to be included, please let the host know before or during the event.
